You may (or may not) know that lately I have been trying to eat healthier. I love yogurt to begin with so I always incorporate it into my healthy eating routine. Fiber One yogurt is the perfect fit for me. Not only is it super yummy, it has only 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber. Plus they have some super delicious flavors like, strawberry, peach, vanilla and key lime pie. I went to the Fiber One website and found a very scrumptious looking recipe for Fiber One Strawberry Smoothies that I am most definitely going to try.
You know who else loves Fiber One yogurt??
