Safeway/Fiber One – Review (yum) and Giveaway!

You may (or may not) know that lately I have been trying to eat healthier.  I love yogurt to begin with so I always incorporate it into my healthy eating routine.  Fiber One yogurt is the perfect fit for me.  Not only is it super yummy, it has only 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber.  Plus they have some super delicious flavors like, strawberry, peach, vanilla and key lime pie.  I went to the Fiber One website and found a very scrumptious looking recipe for Fiber One Strawberry Smoothies that I am most definitely going to try.

You know who else loves Fiber One yogurt??  Best-selling author and food expert Lisa Lillien, AKA Hungry Girl, has given her “seal of approval” to the new Fiber One yogurt, the only leading nonfat yogurt with 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber (20 percent of the Recommended Daily Value). It is also a good source of calcium and vitamins A and D, making this a guilt-free and all-around great choice for dieters and those watching their weight (see what Hungry Girl thinks about the new yogurt here!)
