Time to get bikini ready

Yep, you heard me right.  Oh, and you can stop laughing now.  So far I have wasted almost the entire month of January.  Well enough is enough.  Awesome weather comes quickly here in Arizona and my parents have a very inviting pool.  It is time to get my behind in gear.

I recently ordered and just received the new Winsor Slimming Pilates.  I love Mari Winsor Pilates as I have a bunch of her dvds from several years back that I used to do all the time.  Of course then I got lazy there for some time, and as you can imagine you can’t do any type of workout dvds in an RV.

This series of work outs look really good.  I got 6 dvds for a total of 11 workouts.  This series includes something new from Mari Winsor, it is called “The Accelerator”.  it is easier for me to give you a blip from the website then to try to explain what it is.

Tomorrow is the big day, the day I am going to start my 30 challenge.  Of course I am going to do more then 30 days, but I am doing this 30 days for you all.  If you have ever wanted to know if pilates work (which it does) you can follow my progress here.  I think the hardest part for me will be the eating right.  I love to snack and well, I love all types of food, especially those of the unhealthy variety  lol.  I will be the first to admit though that when I eat healthy I do feel much better.

I am going to take my measurements tomorrow so I can track how awesomely toned I will be  getting.  In addition to the Pilates I need to get out on my bike too.  Please come here and keep me accountable!! 

BTW, this is NOT a review post.  I am doing this on my own for me and for my readers who have always been curious about pilates.  Believe me when I say I had to buy this whole series of Winsor Pilates dvds and equipment.  There will be weekly updates to my progress.  If something really exciting happens I may even update more often.
