Make Me Stop!

Help, my name is Susan and I am obsessed with tinkering with my blog.  I can’t figure out if it is a labor of love or a curse.  I am either just not satisfied or I have nothing better to do.

Everyday I am contemplating  my design and wondering how I can make it better.  I am installing and uninstalling plugins just to see what they do and if their use adds to the functionality of my blog.

At some point I just need to be happy with it all right?  Well, for the most part I should be happy but isn’t it always good to grow and improve (hence my switch to WP)?  I think though my improvements (good, bad or indifferent) border a bit on the obsessive.

No doubt while I sit here racking my brain trying (in vain) to come up with blog posts I start fiddling with sidebars, widgets, stats and anything else I can get my hands on.

I am not a “big” blog, heck I doubt I am even considered small but more in the neighborhood of tiny.  So I guess I keep thinking if I can do something to get people here then maybe they will come back.  Maybe if I have some cool things  and a pleasing design people will stick around awhile.  Silly me, who am I kidding, people want content!!
