Welcome to Think Thin Thursday, hosted by our lovely Bridgette over at “The Not-so-Blog Blog”.
Well, this week wasn’t all I expected or wanted. I weighed in today at 149.3 which is .1 lbs more then last week. I have been drinking my water but I need to lay off the soda for sure.
I did get in my 4 miles this week though, so yay for that. I did 2 miles on Sunday and 2 miles yesterday.
My goal for this week is to work out for a 1/2 hr no less then 3 times this week. For me that would be doing Pilates or another floor type exercise.
Here is the task for week 2
Tell us one temptation that you were faced with this week. How did you overcome it?
The biggest temptation for me is STARBUCKS!!! I am totally addicted to the Venti Iced Mochas. Not sure I was able to overcome it this last week seeing as I didn’t lose any weight, blah!! I am fighting it hard though.
